Thank you very much for choosing us! Reservation Policies: Please read the following: The Peruvian system of services and products sometimes differs to that of their country of origin. We recommend that you carefully read the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TRAVEL IN PERU:<\/mark> <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Salkantay Expeditions operates in regions where standards of accommodation, transportation, and services may not be what one would normally expect. However, we strive with all diligence and ability to provide the best services for our tourists. Traveling in Peru requires flexibility, patience, open-mindedness, good humor, and understanding that circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes without notice (force majeure – see below). By booking any of our tours, you agree that Salkantay Expeditions may make necessary changes without liability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FORCE MAJEURE:<\/strong><\/mark><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

<\/strong>it Is any case, that Salkantay Expeditions can not solve, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. This includes events like the revolts, civil wars, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, disasters or adverse weather conditions, or any other similar event beyond our control. In this case, Salkantay Expeditions will not accept responsibility and reserves the right to change, postpone or even cancel the trip (this is the last option, of course!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel insurance is recommended that to get travel insurance that \ncovers the risk of accidents, medical expenses and emergency \nrepatriation, including rescue and air ambulance. We also recommend that\n relates to cancellations and lost luggage. Please forward a copy \/ \npolicy number to our offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RISKS:<\/strong><\/mark> <\/strong>By booking any of our adventure trips (Inca Trail to Machu Picchu<\/a>, Salkantay, Ausangate, Choquequirao trek, etc.)<\/strong> the risks associated with them are assumed. Therefore Salkantay Expeditions accepts no responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sending your personal data for reservation: passport number must be valid, please let us know if you have or will change your passport after booking (Inca Trail authorities are not very nice when checking passports control at Km 82)<\/strong> .tarjeta student (if applicable) must also be valid at the time of starting their Inca trail.
